I would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation for the customer service I received recently from your supermarket. It was one of those extremely hot days, I had my arms full, I was still a few people down the queue, I was VERY pregnant and was starting to feel faint. A young assistant named Rachel pulled me out and processed my few groceries. Not being used to such service and being very much "out of it" I believe I did not even thank her.
This may appear to be a small service but it was thoughtful and considerate. In this modern world where customer service is only a concept, I would like to thank Rachel and make her aware that her gesture was very much appreciated.

"I'me just writing this note to say helpful your staff were to me last Friday night. My young son had fallen out of the trolley (he's fine) in the Fruit & Vege section. The young girl from the Deli. came over to see if he was alright and get me another packet of eggs to replace the one that had fallen out and another young chap, Nathan I think got me another trolley to replace the one I had. Both of them should be commended for the assistance they gave to me, and you should be pleased that you have caring young employees."

I'm sorry but this might be one in a few, but I'm certainly not gripping in this email. I shop weekly at I.G.A in Melton, and wouldn't go anywhere else.
I scour the junk mail weekly, but I.G.A is always coming up with the better deal for me. Well when I say the better I actually mean more, so suffice to say for one or two products that maybe cheaper elsewhere, you always come up trumps for the ongoing more value in going to the one store. I started off in Payless, and then when that closed I went to Tuckerbag and then that went to I.G.A, so to still see the familiar faces when I shop is fabulous.
Anyway thank you for all the value and service you and your family create in this town and wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and of course a prosperous NEW YEAR.
